Data Deletion

This page explains how Colibri users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

1. Delete your account from the app

If you are signed in to the Colibri mobile app, you can request account deletion from the account menu by choosing the delete account option.

2. Request deletion by email

You can also request deletion by email: info@colibri.sale

Please send the request from the email address connected to your Colibri account. If you contact us from another email address, we may need additional verification before deleting the account.

3. What data may be deleted

  • Your account profile.
  • Your email address and account identifiers.
  • Your profile photo and profile information.
  • Your posts, comments, social actions, and uploaded content where deletion is technically possible.
  • Your mobile sessions and push notification tokens.

4. What data may be retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, payment records, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

  • Payment, order, commission, payout, or transaction records where retention is legally or financially required.
  • Security logs and anti-abuse records for a limited period.
  • Records related to reports, moderation actions, fraud, illegal activity, or safety investigations.
  • Content that other users have independently saved, copied, forwarded, or shared outside Colibri.

5. Processing time

We normally begin reviewing deletion requests after receiving them. Some requests may require identity verification or additional review if they involve payments, safety reports, legal issues, or account ownership concerns.
