Child Safety Standards

Colibri is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to all Colibri users, profiles, messages, groups, posts, media uploads, comments, marketplace-related content, and other user-generated content.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Colibri strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexualized content involving minors, attempts to obtain sexual content from minors, and any behavior that endangers children.
2. Prohibited behavior
- Uploading, sending, requesting, selling, sharing, or promoting child sexual abuse material.
- Sexualization of minors in text, images, audio, video, or any other format.
- Grooming or attempts to build trust with a minor for sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion, blackmail, threats, or coercion involving minors.
- Links, groups, accounts, or instructions that promote child exploitation.
- Any attempt to evade moderation or detection of child safety violations.
3. User reporting
Colibri provides reporting tools where available, including message reporting inside the app. Users can also report child safety concerns by email: info@colibri.sale
4. Our response to child safety reports
When Colibri obtains actual knowledge of child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation, we may remove the content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, block repeat abuse, and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and safety obligations.
5. Cooperation with authorities
Where required or appropriate, Colibri may report child sexual abuse material or child exploitation activity to relevant authorities, child safety organizations, or other appropriate reporting channels.
6. Moderation and enforcement
- Content may be removed without notice if it violates these standards.
- Accounts involved in child exploitation may be suspended or deleted.
- Colibri may restrict features to prevent abuse.
- Colibri may preserve data related to serious safety violations where needed for investigation or legal compliance.
