2. Information we collect
Account information
- Email address.
- Display name.
- Account ID and public profile ID.
- Login/session information.
- Profile photo, profile description, and public profile information you choose to add.
Messages and user content
- Messages you send and receive inside Colibri.
- Photos, videos, files, audio, and voice messages you upload or send.
- Comments, posts, reactions, likes, follows, reports, and other social actions.
- Group chat information, such as group name, members, invitations, and group settings.
Technical and device information
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and basic log data.
- Mobile app session tokens used to keep you signed in.
- Push notification tokens used to deliver notifications.
- Error logs and security logs used to protect the service and fix problems.
Optional media and permissions
The mobile app may ask for permissions such as microphone access for voice messages, notification permission for push notifications, and access to files or media that you choose to upload or share. Colibri only uses these permissions for the feature you choose to use.
Payments and marketplace-related data
If you use marketplace, order, commission, or payment-related features, Colibri may process order information, product information, transaction references, payout-related information, and payment status information. Payment card processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Colibri does not need to store your full card number.

Some Colibri features are public or semi-public. Profile information, public posts, public social links, public marketplace listings, and other content you choose to publish may be visible to other users or visitors.

Messages are used to deliver the messaging service, show conversation history, support moderation when content is reported, and protect users from abuse. Colibri may process message metadata such as sender, recipient, time, media information, and delivery status.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Some temporary files, cached media, logs, or technical records may be automatically deleted after a limited period.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You should keep your login information safe and report suspicious activity to us.

11. International users
Colibri may be accessed by users in different countries. By using Colibri, you understand that your information may be processed and stored on servers used to operate the service.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
